SYDNEY BUXTONDiscussions and negotiations are in progress in relation to this line of cable, but it would not be in the public interest to enter into a detailed statement at this moment, nor, I fear, can I give any definite undertaking as to the time at which it will be possible to lay further Papers on the Table.
