§ MR. GILHOOLYI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, is he aware the trustees of the Bantry Estate have, by claiming a right to the foreshore, prevented the erection of a boat slip at Trafrask, and that a number of the Tenants of said Estate have been thrown out of employment, and are in a state of 727 destitution; and, if so, what steps the Congested Districts Board and the Board of Trade purpose taking in the matter?
