I beg to ask the Secretary of State for India, whether the Papers in regard to the Indian Cotton Import Duties are ready, and whether they will be laid before the House and circulated to Members before the conclusion of the discussion on the Address in reply to the Queen's Speech.

The, Papers were laid on the Table of the House on Tuesday, and they will be delivered to honourable Members to-day.
