I beg to ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will state when the Bill to amend the Crofters Act (Scotland), 1886, will be introduced?

Before laying a Bill to amend the Crofters Act (Scotland) 1886, on the Table of the House, it will be proper to await the presentation to Parliament of the Report of the Highlands and Islands Commission.
