§ THE ATTORNEY GENERAL FOR IRELAND (Mr. J. ATKINSON,) Londonderry, N.I am unable at present to obtain a revised Report of the judgment referred to, as the judges who took part in the decision are absent from Ireland on vacation. I have no doubt that the judgment will be reported in the authorised Irish Reports before the next Session of Parliament. Should, however, this not be so, or the hon. Member be not satisfied with it, I would suggest that he should repeat his question next Session.
