GODSON (Kidderminster)I beg to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether his attention has been drawn to the Report of the Weights and Measures Committee, presented at the close of the last Parliament; and, if so, whether he can state what conclusion have been arrived at by Her Majesty's Government as to the course to be pursued to bring about a speedy adoption of the metric system?
