§ THE FIRST LORD OF THE TREASURYThis subject of Questions has often been brought before the House, but no scheme has yet been devised by which useless and frivolous questions can be eliminated without at the same time eliminating useful questions to which hon. Members have a right to expect an answer. If my hon. Friend has any practical suggestions to make, I am sure I shall be very happy to hear them.
