§ MR. GERALD BALFOURThe number of prosecutions for breaches of the Sale of Food and Drugs Act by the addition of water to butter during the current year throughout Ireland has been 16, resulting in 10 convictions and three dismissals. This is inclusive of one prosecution in which a conviction was obtained in Cork City.
