CHARLES MURRAY (Coventry)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he will specially direct his attention to the marking of foreign-made watches, so that the intention of the Merchandise Marks Act may be carried out, and purchasers may refer either to the dial or the dome for their information, and not obscure recesses of the watch?
