WILLIAM LAWRENCE (Liverpool, Abercromby)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether Sir John Kirk's Report, re Niger territories, will be issued to Members during the present Session; and, if not, how soon before will it be made public; and, whether there is any truth in the rumour that it is proposed to hand over to the Royal Niger Company any part of the territory of the Niger Coast Protectorate?
