§ Ordered, That the Standing Orders of the 2nd July last for the Suspension of Private Bills, or Bills to confirm any Provisional Order or Certificate, be now read, and that the same be held applicable to the next Session of Parliament, excepting in the case of certain Bills to confirm Provisional Orders or Certificates suspended in the last Session of Parliament under the said Orders, and which are proceeded with under the said Orders and disposed of in the present Session.—(Mr. Mellor.)
