§ THE CHANCELLOR OF THE EXCHEQUERI am unable at present to say when the Government will be able to move for the appointment of a Scotch Grand Committee. I hope that the Government will be able to do so when we have made further progress with Scotch business, as I trust we shall do to-day. In regard to the Crofters' Bill, we shall push it through its various stages as fast as we can.
