ARCHIBALD GROVE (West Ham, N.)I beg to ask the Vice President of the Committee of Council on Education whether, pending a general 1297 re-adjustment of the incidence of the School Board Rate, he could advise the extension of Clause 97 of the Education Act, 1870, by which poor localities with an exceptionally low rateable value are relieved from the Consolidated Fund?
