§ SIR JOHN HIBBERTNo such complaints have reached me. Applications from Local Registering Authorities for the expenses of carrying into effect the Local Registration of Title Act are dealt with by the Board of Works, subject to appeal to the Treasury, and no such appeals have reached the latter.
