Wilson), I beg to ask the Secretary of State for India if he will lay upon the Table the Cantonment Acts Amendment Act recently passed by the Government of India, together with any rules adopted in pursuance of the Act, and any Resolution of the Government of India relating thereto?
MR. GEORGE RUSSELLA copy of the Cantonments Acts Amendment Act has been received, but the rules 923 framed under the Act and the resolutions of the Government of India relating thereto are not expected to reach this country till about the end of May. The Secretary of State has no objection to laying the papers on the Table of the House.
