On the Motion for the consideration of this Bill,

MR. CYRIL DODD (Essex, Maldon)

inquired whether there was any special complaint with regard to this company by the Board of Trade, either with regard to the Railway Servants' Hours Bill or the Traffic Acts of 1888 and 1894.
