§ MR. A. C. MORTONI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether the Government have yet considered the case of Sir Watkin Williams Wynn, who was con- 39 victed of cruelty to a horse on the 5th of March?
MR. ASQUTTHI understand that notice of appeal from this conviction has been given. Until the appeal has been determined, it would be premature for the Government to take any action. My hon. Friend may rest assured that the matter will not be lost sight of.
