WEDDERBURNI beg to ask the Secretary of State for India if he is aware that a Bill (No. 7 of 1894) to amend the Deccan Agriculturists' Relief Acts, 1879 to 1886, was introduced into the Legislative Council of the Governor General in April last; and that the proposed measure is based mainly on there-commendations made in their Report by the Commission appointed by the Government of India to inquire into the working of the Deccan Agriculturists' Relief Acts; and whether he will lay upon the Table of the House the Report of the Commission, with the Appendices containing the evidence in full of the expert witnesses, such as the District Judges, the Special Judge, the Special Sub-Judges, and other subordinate Judges, deputy collectors, and mamlatdars?
