MORTONI beg to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he would arrange to have some payment on account of Indian Charges placed on the Estimates (as is done in the case of the Metropolitan Police Accounts), so that an opportunity might be given for the consideration of all questions appertaining to the welfare of our fellow-subjects in India?
