STANLEY LEIGHTONI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he can give the House any information in reference to the statement which appeared in a Reuter telegram from the Cape, in the Times of Monday last, to the effect that the allegations of a certain Mr. Lionel Cohen, published in some English journals, as to the ill-treatment of the Matabele wounded, were entirely false, and that he had withdrawn them?
