BRUNNER (Cheshire, North-wich)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he will undertake to instruct the Factory Inspectors under his Department to report how many men are employed in the factories and workshops they visit for an average of 12 hours a day in factories where the work goes on on Sundays as well as week days?
