HENEAGEI beg to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the responsibilities thrown upon executors and trustees by the pro- 1190 visions of the Finance Bill, the Government will consider the urgent necessity of introducing a Bill for constituting public trustees and executors, and passing it through all its stages during the present Session?
§ SIR W. HARCOURTI should be very glad to see such a Bill, but I cannot undertake to pass it this Session.
