I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether any, and if so what, steps have been taken in the case of Mr. E. O'Kelly, of Baltinglass, County Wicklow?

The Lord Chancellor has been in communication with that gentleman, 'who has promised to make a proper and valid assignment of his licensed premises at an early opportunity. Under these circumstances, the Lord Chancellor does not at present propose to take any further action in the matter.
