RUSSELLOn behalf of the hon. and learned Member for the Dublin University, I beg to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in determining the rate of Estate Duty to be paid by tenant purchasers in Ireland under the Land Purchase Acts, the value 48 of tenant right and the tenant's interest in the holding, together with his stock and other property, will be added to the interest acquired by the purchase of the landlord's interest under the said Acts?
