§ MR. HAYDENI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland if he will grant a Return of the number and names of the persons employed in the High Court of Justice in Ireland who have attained the age limit fixed for retirement in the Civil Service?
MR. J. MORLEYI have given instructions that a letter be written to the hon. Member stating there would be no objection to a Return of the kind asked for if moved for in the usual way. It will be necessary to substitute for the words following "in Ireland" the words "above the age of 65 years."
