Member for Waterford, I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland is he now prepared to announce the names of gentlemen who will form the Royal Commission on the Financial Relations between Great Britain and Ire-laud, the terms of the Reference, and the date of the issue of the Commission?
MR. J. MORLEYI am still unable to give my hon. Friend the names of the Commissioners; but the matter is engaging my active consideration, and I hope to state the decision very shortly.
