§ * THE FINANCIAL SECRETARY TO THE WAR OFFICE (Mr. WOODALL, Hauley)(who replied), said: Out of the special campaign pensioners on the fixed establishment of £10,000 a year, 31 died during the year 1893. The pensions which thus became available have all been awarded to candidates in necessitous circumstances.
