HANBURY (Preston)I beg to ask the Secretary to the Admiralty whether the Admiralty have yet accepted responsibility in respect of the test and proof of guns and the inspection of warlike stores for the Naval Service, or whether this question, as to which the Committee on Public Accounts last year reported that it had made no advance since 1892, still remains unsettled?
