KILBRIDEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland whether the Congested Districts Board will take advantage of the present stores of material, and the presence in the neighbourhood of a number of men skilled in the construction of piers, to immediately commence the building of a pier at Cooscroom, near Cahirciveen?
