§ MR. S. BUXTONThe matter does not appear to be of sufficient general interest to justify the expense of printing and publishing a special Blue Book. But the material part of the Correspondence affecting the question is contained in a Natal Blue Book, copies of which I will place in the Library. I will also supply a copy to the hon. Member.
