GARDNER,) Essex, Saffron WaldenYes; I am glad to say that the Treasury have found themselves able to extend to Members of Parliament the same privileges with regard to the publications of my Department as those which are allowed to Agricultural Societies and other Institutions. We shall now be in a position to supply copies of those publications to Members of Parliament at half the published price, provided that not less than 20 copies are taken, and that they are intended for gratuitous distribution.
