Motion made, and Question proposed, That it is expedient to authorise the Treasury to guarantee advances, not exceeding £250,000, charged on the Irish Church Temporalities Fund, in pursuance of any Act of the present Session to make provision for the restoration of Evicted Tenants in Ireland, and to charge the sums required to meet such guarantee on the Consolidated Fund of the United Kingdom: And to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of any salaries, remuneration, and expenses which may become payable under the said Act."—(Sir J.
