MORLEYIt is part of the scheme of coast communication that a telephone wire should be constructed between the Coastguard Stations at Dartmouth and Torcross; but it cannot be carried out because of the refusal of wayleave on Slapton Sands. Should this 1024 difficulty at any time be removed, the question of providing the wire will again be considered.
