HOGAN (Tipperary, Mid)I beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for the Colonies what arrangements, if any, are being made for the prompt circulation of the official shorthand Report of the proceedings of the Ottawa Conference amongst Members of the House and the general public; is the Report being printed in Canada for general or local circulation; and, in the latter case, will he arrange with the High Commissioner for Canada for a certain number of copies to be placed in the Library of the House for purposes of immediate reference?
§ MR. S. BUXTONWhatever the Conference agree should be published will be laid on the Table; but it is not anticipated that the official Report will be ready for some little time.
