MR. J. MORLEYThere is only one Rule dealing with this matter, and I am at present considering an addition to the Rule as it now stands. When this has been done I shall have no objection to lay a copy on the Table of the, House.
§ MR. BODKINIs there any old Instruction directing that copies of the jury panel should be sent to the police barracks for the purpose of "ticking off" the objectionable persons?
MR. J. MORLEYI am not aware of any such old Instruction. My official memory does not go back very far.
