I beg to ask the Secretary for Scotland on what day it is proposed to consider the Lords' Amendments to the Sea Fisheries (Scotland) Bill; and whether notice will be given of any Amendments which the Government may intend to propose in regard to rating, or the scheduling of fishery districts?
