GORST (Cambridge University)(as a member of the Royal Commission on Labour): Mr. Drage's Report on labour in France was issued in the same manner as other foreign Reports under the authority of a resolution of the Royal Commission on Labour. The Report contains no reflections which indicate any animosity towards the Government or people of France.
