It may be for the convenience of the House that I should say that, as the proceedings on the Local Government Bill may not terminate this evening, and as I take it for granted that it will be the desire of the House that they should terminate on Monday, I propose to move to suspend the 12 o'clock Rule on Monday. This will enable us to dispose of any small residuum of the Bill that may possibly still remain for consideration at that hour.
