§ *MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMANWarrant Officers and Non-Commissioned Officers not below the rank of sergeant who have over 21 years' service can register their names for appointment as Barrack Wardens, but, their appointment to that, position will not he considered until after their discharge to pension.
