§ MR. SEXTONI move that that Order be taken now.
§ MR. SPEAKERThe Report must be handed in before it can be considered, but no such Report has been submitted. The House cannot force the Government to take the Order if they do not wish to take it. A formal proceeding has to be taken before the Report can be taken. The Government are masters of the situation, and they can do as they please.
