said, that as the principle of the Bill bad been accepted by the House generally, and as he had offered to accept Amendments in Committee, he hoped hon. Gentlemen opposite would allow the Second Reading to be taken. He had not heard of any objections in principle to the Bill.

I object to the Bill in principle.

Then, if the right hon. Gentleman objects in principle, I will ask to have the Order discharged and the Bill withdrawn.
