DODD (Essex, Maldon)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether the Board of Trade can furnish, if asked for, a Return showing the extent to which the practice of imposing ns a condition upon tickets, issued by Railway Companies at cheap rates to workmen, the term that the Company shall be under no liability if the workmen travelling with such tickets are injured or killed on the journey by the negligence of the Railway Company, exists or has during the last year existed, or furnish any information to that effect or in regard to such practice; and if he has made any inquiries upon that subject?
