MORLEY,) Nottingham, E.I am glad to be able to state that I have made arrangements under which private cards with a halfpenny stamp affixed will be accepted as postcards for inland postage. The necessary Regulation on the subject will be issued almost immediately. It is not intended that the Post Office should supply such unstamped cards.
