§ MR. MANDEVILLE (Tipperary, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland when will the Local Government Board send an arbitrator to value the proposed sites for labourers' cottages in the parish of Emly, County Tipperary?
MR. J. MORLEYThe Local Government Board inform me that it would be premature to apply to the Commissioners of Public Works to appoint an arbitrator to value the plots of land until after the issue of a Provisional Order confirming the scheme of the Guardians. The Report of the Inspector on the scheme was received by the Board last week, and is now under consideration.
