O'BRIEN (Tipperary, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland, with regard to the proposed site for the labourer's cottage in the Ballina division of the Nenagh Union, particulars of which have been communicated to him, whether he can now see his way to recommend the Local Government Board to sanction the action of the Board of Guardians in providing a cottage for the labourer Haskett in question, who they consider to be in urgent need of a home for himself and his family?
