MAJOR RASCH (Essex, S.E.)

I beg to ask the Secretary of State for War whether he has come to any decision as to stoppage of pay of Reserve men employed in the General Post Office, the deduction amounting to £9 per annum, and the man accepting the liability of serving in the Reserve, but receiving no pay for doing so?

I am in communication with the Post Office on the subject, but no decision has yet been arrived at.
