§ MR. SHAW-LEFEVREThe question as I understand refers to persons who are elected by Guardians from outside their own body under the provisions of section 20 (7) of the Local Government Act of last Session. Persons who are so elected by the Guardians do not thereby become members of either the Urban or Rural District Council.
