CHANGING (Northampton, E.)I beg to ask the President of the Board of Trade whether he will consider the advisability of requiring Railway Companies, in making Returns of accidents to railway servants under Section 6 of the Act of 1871, to state whether an injury arising from an accident is of a temporary or permanent character; and whether, in the latter case, he will in future direct Railway Companies to send in, after a suitable interval, further Returns showing the then condition of the injured railway servant, and stating whether the injury has resulted in permanent disablement?
