HC Deb 02 April 1894 vol 22 cc1114-5
MR. HANBURY (Preston)

I see the Army (Annual) Bill is down in the Orders after Report of Supply. Is it intended to bring it on to-night? I understand the opposition to the Second Reading was withdrawn on the understanding that Committee should be taken at a reasonable hour before midnight?

MR. CAMPBELL-BANNERMAN

I do not apprehend there is any chance of its being taken to-night.
