HC Deb 14 September 1893 vol 17 c1153
MR. HOPWOOD (Lancashire, S.E., Middleton)

T beg to ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he has now ascertained that the Pistols Bill is a controversial measure; and whether the Government will proceed with it at untimely hours against the feeling of many of their supporters?

SIR W. HARCOURT
